Will Kelsy Hayes disk brakes fit with '72 steel wheels

I'm considering buying a complete kelsy hayes disk set up for my /6 '72 Scamp. I run the stock 14" steel wheels, will these be compatible? I know the bolt patterns match, I'm wondering if the calipers will fit with this size wheel.

I need to tell the seller (fellow board member) by tomorrow morning if I want to buy. Can anyone give me a quick answer?

As far as I know there was no drum specific wheel made in 1972.

Yes they should fit. Are they 14x4.5 or 14x5.5?

I'm not sure.... I should know because I had the measurement written down somewhere. But....

Currently I'm running 185/70 14 on the front.

I have 14 x 4.5 wheels, found my pictures. Do you think they will still fit?

bought a 71 Duster /6 with KH disc on them...had 14 inch wheels...now has 15 inch wheels...

Dont see why they wont fit...

They'll work! If nothing else you can always find the 14x5.5 sbp rims to upgrade! Better to change to disc than keep the drums just because of the rims!! JMO, Geof
