i used to run a 245/60-14 on the back on my darts over the years.. all stock suspension.. tight on the springs but never an issue..

i was running large bolt pattern but think i did it with small bolt pattern also..

I was just researching what brands are out there in a 235 or 245 for my `67.

I ran 245/60-15s on the rear of a 65 Valiant - no problems.

Thanks I was considering 15s due to our local tire guy said BFG only on 14s

They make a cooper cobra in a 235/60R14. Might be a little cheaper (my cost is $94.51 on those)
