window crank extensions

So...I put speakers in the door. Didn't realize the window cranks would hit them. Is there an extension for the crank to bump it our 3/4"?

They were very popular back in the shag carpet van days. Just saw them on E-Bay for Chevys, but don't know whether that will fit our cars. Google should be able to locate some for you though.

Aren't the rear window cranks on a 4-door shorter? That might work...
