Windshield sealing question

Hey guys.
I had a new windshield installed in my 68 barracuda a few years ago, the clown glass installer didn't put any sealant anywhere. Car is garage kept, never sees rain, but when i wash the car i noticed water is leaking on both driver and passenger floor mats. Window frame was is rust free when windshield installed. Last week I got a glass guy to seal it. We removed trim and he sealed the entire bottom of seal to windshield frame. As of now No leaks.
My question is i was reading lastnight ( little late lol) that there are window drains in bottom frame?
Should i be concerned those are possibly sealed now?

OK, there is a pinch weld on three sides. That's called the fence ( Gasket sits on it). 3 or 5 places along the bottom were punched to create small segments of fence. Those opening may be considered drains into the cowl. Being nearly the size of a quarter, can't imagine enough sealant used there to block them. Wouldn't cause a leak to cabin. The drain openings at ends of cowl can clog and cause ponding in the cowl enough the spill in through the air vents in some cases.

I imagine the cowl drains on an a-body are impossible to reach. If anything like a b-body, definitely impossible on the driver side.

I've done a number of window r&r on other cars.
Going to do my 67 Barracuda next.

I use the CRL between the seal and the car, and the Permatex between the seal and the glass.

I noticed the front and rear seals on my 62 Dart had drains at the base corner of the seal, no drains into the cowl, but completely different car.

Thanks for the info, i plan on pulling windshield out again one day and do it correctly..

Cowl drains are at rear corners of cowl. Difficult to clear. What leaves there goes behind dogleg of fender. 2 bolts and spacers under there to remove. Pull out a bit only where there's no rocker trim.
