I've never noticed before, but with the windshield reveal off, and the liberal black 'goo' removed to expose only the seal; on the bottom steel edge of the window channel are very small slots spaced ~ 1ft. apart. I assume these slots are for water draining into the cowl?
With these things sealed up, I would expect the water to lay in the channel longer, rotting it away.
IS this correct? or am I thinking Chysler actually planned this?
