got a wiper issue im trying to figure out on a 72 340 duster. when i turn my wipers on the arms will come up half way and stop. when i shut the switch off they will finish there sweep, go back down and stop. its a 3 speed and dont matter what position the switch is on and wiil do the same thing. i know it is not the switch because i just replaced it with a new o.e.m. unit and it does the same thing. also i have a good used spare wiper motor i plugged the harness into without bolting it up and this one also does the same thing. what component in the system would cause it to behave like this? thanks.
