Woodgrain Wheel parts and pics

Hey guys,
Im ready to install my new repo woodgrain wheel on my 69 Dart. I have the wheel and the horn button adapter. Does anyone have a break down picture of what other parts are needed? I can't seem to find it in the shop or parts manual.

You'll need the actual horn switch for that wheel.
