There is a kid (actually 21 yo) in the neighborhood who is trying to build up a 440 in a '68 Satellite. He's one of those kids whose had to deal with a series of hard knocks in his life and this project is keeping him out of a lot of trouble (maybe not all but alot of it). I told him I would try and find him some headers for the 440. If anyone has a decent set of Super Comps or the equivalent available, please let me know the condition, the primary/collector measurements and what you are asking for them.

Also, if anyone has a 440 low-rise dual quad setup (preferably with carbs/linkage, fuel lines, etc.) or individual pieces, let me know. Located in the SF Bay Area, CA. TIA.

Hi Ben. I just got done taking a 440 engine out of a 70 Cuda. It had a set of headers on it but I don't know the brand name or any kind of numbers on them. They don't look like Hooker pipes because they have individual flanges on the head side. Maybe Blackjack or something similar. The primary pipes are 1 3/4" OD and the collectors are 3" OD. They can clean up easily, add some paint and they should be good. I believe they would fit the B-body application.

I'm asking $40 for them plus the shipping. I can get you some pics if you would like. Let me know. Maybe we can do more business.

I couldn't find any numbers on them at all. With the individual pipe flanges, they are BlackJack or similar brand. Hookers have the one piece primary flange so I know that these aren't made by them. The flanges measure 1/4" thick.
