I've got one also from a 73 Dart. Column shift with power steering and includes the ignition key.

I have a complete column from a 73 Valiant. Nearly new ignition switch in it too.

73 up is a different column then earlier 70 - 72. I only have one and I am keeping the manual steering shaft. I don't understand what you mean by it was peeled. Steve

what i mean by peeled is someone tried to steal it by peeling open the column to bypass the ignition lock and switch
