I dont think you're going to be able to get more than 1.1hp/cubic inch for that $4K. Not without careful shopping, a lot of your own labor, and good swap meet deals on rather special parts. You're looking at $2K just for the heads ready to run at that level... And you havent bought any parts or machined the shortblock yet. Just being realistic. Another $2K and you could do it.

i dont know how to post it without it messing up... mine have a little clean up done so mine flow better than orig. I think at .550 im at 270
