You all seen Poly-loc engine mounts? Work?

-
I use one on the drivers side on a built 318. Works good but a lot firmer than the old rubber mount. Lots of new vibrations coming through the steering wheel after install. I have never used a torque strap to compare though.

Use them on both sides on my 440. Just got the motor in the car so I cant speak on the longevity of them but so far so go.

Been using the poly-locs for 5 seasons now along with a torque strap so far so good...

I've had one on my Dart for 14 years with no issues. I've used a torque strap in the past also with good results but wanted to keep the bay stock appearing in this car. I've also used solid mounts and the poly locks are just a BIT better with the vibration. JMO.

I replaced the solids that were on the car to poly lock, on only a crate motor I expect them to last a long while.

I use one on the driver's side mount only. Rubber for the transmission and passenger side mounts. I used to use poly on all 3, but the vibration was just too much. Mity mounts make a very nice set of motor mounts that lock when pulled apart, allow the engine to wiggle like stockers, but don't transmit vibration through the chassis.

I have those on my 710 hp, 5 speed E-Body with a shaker hood. They are top shelf in my book.
