Nice wood!

My wife was a cabinet maker apprentice and finish carpenter when we met.
She brought a compound, sliding, battery powered miter saw, and a portable compressor and nailgun into the marriage, as wel as a 4.3 - 5 speed S10.

Gotta LOVE that in a woman!!

Sadly with both my jobs pictures are HIGHLY "verboten" :(

Just have to enjoy your pictures I guess.

Same here. We were not allowed to bring cameras onto the grounds, but we had a camera in the facility for documentation purposes.

One job is like that, the other is because:

1) No time to take pictures, Im supposed to be vigilant
2) Can't take pictures of VIP's anyways :tongue5:

This is the only pic I have of work. Not much goes on at a feed store so I don't ever think to take pics. All I do is move hay around.

I'm semi-retired now but this is what I used to do. Installation and repair of steam/gas tubine generators and gas compressors. I still miss it and it's only been 3 yrs., not the airports or the hotels or the rental cars but the success of a job well done and a very pleased customer. There was nothing more fulfilling than hitting the go button and watching and hearing that turbine start to spool up and go to full song. But after to many near misses (non of them of my making) it was time to pac her in. The old talent is gone and with them uncountable years of experience, the accountants have taken over now and tradesmen and operators are paying the price.:hmph::sad11:
