    [SOLD] 72 Duster

I started this, did the disassembly and stalled there. 1972 /6 Gold Duster from California. My intentions were to race it, then turned to focusing on a cruiser with an HDK and modern Hemi, but never got that far. It is a clean slate to make it what you want. Mini tubbed, frame connectors, spring...

    WTB: 69-1/2 Super Bee

JR Woodchip is in the market for his dream car: a '69-1/2 Super Bee. His price range will probably be a project car & not one that is a complete basket case. Numbers matching isn't important. we're not afraid to travel a long distance for the right one. Anyone know of one around them?

stupid me, can't change a battery?

Today, on my '01 ram I put the battery terminals on the wrong posts. :banghead:..It's okay if the site moderator feels I should be shunned and kicked out of FABO. :violent1: I put the battery in the tray...it was identical to the one I just removed....except the terminals were on oposite sides...

Worthwhile to change the old compressor?

My freon has leaked out a few years ago, does anyone feel it's worthwhile to change the old compressor out to a newer aftermarket or new mopar compressor? When it worked and before the freon leaked out, it would blow out at about 40 some degrees. Do the newer compressors work any better or take...

    72 Duster: Here-we-go

So many places to start,I'm not sure where to start? Maybe I'll begin by digging it out. It needs to get blasted again and put onto 4 wheels. Our plans are coil over or cal-trac rear with alterkation (or comparable) K frame. That 440, if worth rebuilding wants to be hooked to a manual trans. The...

    problem solved: bad U-joints

On my LRT, I was experiencing what felt as if, in intervals, someone was lightly putting pressure on the brakes as I drove..but mostly only felt it when at a constant speed. Naturally... rotating assembly in the motor, bad transmission or rear gears came to mind. (Native Pittsburgh people only...

My rear main is leaking, not just damp, but drips on the floor. I know it's not all that difficult to change but I'd rather do this AFTER my road trip to Vegas MATS and back.
