Well it wasn't the starter, I pulled the tranny out now the engine is free and the starter cranks great, crank was drilled for a automatic but has the bearing roller for a manual. Something is binding up

I can't turn the engine with a socket, when I was tourqeing the flywheel bolt engine would turn, could my tranny be binding up the engine

Starter worked great before, battery stays on a trickle charger which reads good. Engine will turn with a socket. I will double check ground thanks for the help

new bell housing flywheel and clutch, now the mini starter turns engine about a 1/4 turn and stops. any ideas?

i am trying to dial in the timing on a 383 that has edelbrock intake carb, and mild cam. not sure where i should be on degrees, also i was told you cant set timing on a msd ignition set up. i have top dead center and car starts right up. how many rps should i be running at idle? any help...

i have a two prong four speed switch for reverse lights, does the switch ground itself through the trans and both prongs are signal wires, or is one prong a ground and other signal. im dumb when it comes to wireing any help would be great

i was wondering what the black and red heaveier wire comming off the fuse box is for, seems like the black is the gauge feed and the red is constantly hot. im trying to work out bugs and i realize there are relays and buzzers. however im checking things with a lighted tester. my fuse box...

Not sure what year the harness is but the fuse box says 2857826

Is it possible to make it work, or should I just buy a 69 dash harness? I already have the 72 harness but before I buy relays and buzzers I need some opinions

im running a amp power wire through my fire wall, and was wondering if I should drill a new hole or is there a hole already there I can use?

I am trying to figure out where the bulb bracket bolts to on a 69 fastback, thanks again

the msd is a 26 a, and all the car does is crank with no spark. I am not using a ballast resister. THe red trigger wire goes to a 12 volt switched, on the starter switch there are a red and yellow wire. do i hook my trigger wire to one of them or to where the ballast feeds were?

which wire yellow or red on your ignition switch do i hook the red from my msd to?
