Looking for a complete or near complete heat box assembly for my 67 fish. Previous owner removed it all.
Can someone tell me what other years or models might also interchange?

I am located in Minnesota.

Thanks!

Heater box is 67 only. The 68 up box is different as the heater/ defrost control cable is on the left of the actuator in 67 and it comes in from the right 68 up. controller and cables are different also.

This is good to know, thanks! That said, Can I swap out everything if i get the controls and cables together?

I just looked and the width of the heater control is wider in the 68 up than the 67. You would also need to swap the metal frame that holds the gauges and heater control. I would imagine it would be easier to find the heater box or back half of it for a 67 dart/b-cuda than to change all the other stuff required to retrofit the 68 up stuff. The biggest problem likely isn't finding one but the cost of shipping involved with it.
If you HAD to have one now, use the 68 up and wire the doors as needed until you find correct one. They can be had for 50-75 maybe 100 or so with new heater core in it.

I`m getting ready to pull mine back out of my 68 barracuda, has a new heater core in it, never been filled w/ antifreeze or water yet.
I have after market heads, and their longer than stockers, don`t think the heater motor mod will even help on this one, might go to an aftermarket heater just for the defrost capabilities. Pm me if interested-------bob

At the heater case there is a small bracket that anchors the cable sheathe under a clip.
that points and spaces the cable toward the door lever. I haven't had to alter this but it seems a no brainer really. If the cable pushes instead of pulls per a different controller Its anchor needs moved to the other side of the door lever.
Here's a tip for everyone... Those steel clips that hold the cable sheathe to the anchor... They snap on so they snap off too. They'll blast off into another dimension it seems, never to be seen again. Look first and you'll find a small hole in the clip, aligned with a hole in the anchor. Loosely place a zip tie or twist tie though there and the clip is tethered so it cant get away when snapped off.
