Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yikes, the location the gave me is different than the address I'd be working at, to the tune of 30 miles different. 30 miles MORE one way. yikes

No, but i would be the 2nd person to leave this month. And she has to already hire his spot plus 2 more not counting mine by April 14th. and shes already panicking about that.

Sure I do, but I have multiple monitors and am very good about covering my tracks. I know ways to hide activity to where only the ISP can see it, and only what I want them to see.
If you do the change you might get to hang onto your ketchup!

she's gonna run the numbers and come up with one. I told her my bottom dollar for staying and she thinks she can meet that.
I never had good luck trying to play both ends. Muscle your current employer and as soon as that other opportunity disappears well.....

Didn't they give you a hard time awhile back where you didn't know if you were going to have a job or not?
yep.

i gave her a deadline 24 hours before my offer expires. at that time, I will sign and fax the offer letter if she fails.

Never accept a counter offer from your current employer. You might win short term, but you will lose later.

Better to leave and have them rehire you later than to stay for a counter offer.

Because they will make you pay for it one way or another. It causes employers to feel like you cornered them and then they later feel like they have already done all they ever will for you and you owe them. It poisons the relationship permanently.

I got vinyl samples from the place you recommended. They had 2 'light parchment'. Both are called 'G' grain.
The Revolution brand one is probably closest in color., kind of feels like soft leather, but very flat/ no sheen. Not looking for much gloss, but what could I use on it to bring it up a little that will stay on, not be slippery...
The other is a little lighter than original an does have some shine, but is more of a plastic feel surface. It is a heavier material.
