Hey folks.

Noticed some Viper talk earlier on. I spotted a totaled Viper in a for sale ad the other day. Is it feasible to put the rear end from one of those in an early A? To get IRS.

Yes. There was a gentleman doing this to a 64 dart over on lateral G, i'll see if I can find his thread. He was essentially putting the entire VIPER drivetrain and suspension into one. there was a TON of body mods but they were subtle. I dont know if he ever got it done but it sure was sick looking.

Fired that scope tool up it actually works! Scary to use but works! The dizzy tester is cleaning up really nice, Prob does not need any paint at all. think I have all the parts I need coming also.

Pretty much looks like it soem Dawn to clean it then way should protect it, I am blown away on how good the condition is, change some rubber, capacitorsa and cables out and it will be done.

Need to find some five conductor wire that has black rubber over it for one run the rest are just two, Kinda hard to find without buying 50' of it need around 3 feet.

uh you might be in luck.... let me check tonight, I've got a roll of something very similar to that, but I can't remember if its 3 or 5 wire

we used this when we put our lift in a few years ago. we bought a whole spool from Menards, 50 foot or so. Didn't end up using it all.
