Stop in for a cup of coffee

We have a great local news crew but the weather guy (not man) is a dweeb! "Cheif Meteorologist" ? I think not!

Most of the time, being a chief meteorologist at a local news station is about the same as being the finest hockey player in all of Egypt.

Or the best looking guy in the burns unit....

If you see an old orange stingray cruising the strip, that’s my buddy kevin..
He has a house there, and goes to vegas quite often. And hes always there for his birthday(last sunday)

The last Sunday of what month????

Finally started the process of getting the master bath redone and getting rid of the stupid “commode on a closet”. The space it’s in is only 28” wide and 45” deep.

It’s like using an RV toilet in a bathroom that is 14’ x 16’.

Dumb-*** builders, you can’t even close the door when using it...WTF is the point of stuffing it in a closet?

It was the main issue that almost kept me from buying this house.

I pooped there! it is a bit too cozy!

That's just about the same size as the first floor WC here. Pretty much the same size and location of the original - except now its inside the rear addition. Door closes though.

Waaay too cozy...beyond stupid design.

It will be better served as a linen closet.
Big bucks to move that to a different location. 2nd floor, right? DON'T let the plumbers cut thru floor joists to relocate the drain! Only proper sized holes.

This house is all engineered joists so they can’t cut through them. The new waste pipe will drop into a box soffit in the laundry below and connect to the plumbing tower space where all the other pipes run.

Not hard to do and the cost isn’t crazy. Remove jacuzzi tub, remove toilet from closet, put new commode in area where tub was, redo floor and add privacy half-wall where the commode will be. Add box soffit to accommodate the new waste line. $8k

If you can plumb the toilet into the Jacuzzi, could be real interesting!
