The easy way?
Have Eddie sit on the fender with the timing light while you drive.

The techie way?
Get the rpm at highway speeds, say 55 - 60 mph, from the tach.
Get the manifold vacuum from a gage you rig up to read from the inside of the vehicle - unless there's a built in one of course.

The timing from initial plus mechanical at any rpm we can figure out, or you can measure direct. right?

The additional vacuum advance at the vacuum you measured we can figure out* using a vacuum pump (mityvac).
Hoppy may have sent you a sheet with the specs measured on the machine. In which case we can figure it out on paper.
