Yes low resistance measurements and having the features to audibly check diodes, continuity, rpms are all handy.

For the grill I needed a 'cement' that was thicker. Being too cheap and lazy to go buy ABS cement of the right color (this is a beater vehicle), some ABS pipe cement worked great. its got acetone and some related chemicals in it. Did a much better job than the epoxy and plastic glues I tried before.
I have to look at it basically he popped the two screws that hold it on through. Prob will find a good one don't want little stuff like that on this. way to low mileage. Did finally figure out why it was painted. She backed into something and the rear "valance" pan was changed. It is actually gold with red over it!

So. I changed my plan for the day. Drove buddy’s truck home last night, i have it for the day.
Ordered all new brakes.
So hes getting his brakes fixed in exchange for helping with pole shed. Wonder how long it will take him to figure it out?
