Transfer case. Done.
Diagnose alternator and quote.
Replace blower motor.
Repair buddy’s snowblower. Diagnosed a bad up-down switch and had an exact replacement.
Perfect!
He cleans moms driveway occasionally so i returned the favour. Hes happy.
 
:soapbox:wife decided at noon she wanted to go out for lunch after telling me she didn't want to after saying yesterday that she did.... was finally ready to go at 1:00. I leave for work at 2, so no hurry... :BangHead: I originally was going to stop and get flowers when this was going to be a leisurely morning outing. So, flowers didn't happen.
 
I have been collecting cardboard boxes and worn out parts/scrap metal for the last few weeks.
Dump run/recycling/hazardous goods. Will have to make 2 trips i think. Tool box needs to be refilled,too many not in their rightful place. And move a cabinet or 2.

I got flowers today and although I love flowers and it's not the flowers fault, it makes me sick to think of the sender(s)

I have not made it clear that I am not in love back because I don't even believe in love and i am not doing any of it.

Good Evening All! Taking the wife out to dinner at a new coffee shop in town that's having live music. It's not fancy but it was available last minute so we're going, just glad she feels up to it.

Sorry. I did not realize. I thought we were meant for one another... I probably should have just got you a shifter..
 
I got my shop plans today from our builder, then the invoice.....cost double what I thought because of permit fees to the county, they got me for both "application" and "submitting". What a racket. Then I didn't realize there would be a separate engineering fee, over $800 for that alone. Don't get me wrong I'm glad this process is moving along but everything seems to cost more than I thought it would be.
 
Looks like the weather is going to cooperate for a junkyard run in the AM. Can't wait! Have not been in a yard for way too long.
Ben, that would prob be the perfect date for Rani! Instead of dinner and a movie, Nachos and a pick-a-part. lol Sounds like more fun to me anyway
 
I recently picked up another car in a trade deal.

I am thinking it's a pretty scarce car but not sure how scarce.

74 dart sport 360. An original 360 car and it still has the numbers 360 and 727 in it.

It's a low option car other than that. ...no fold down seat. Bench seat car with auto on the column. It has rally wheels and that is about it for options.

It was a trade deal, one of mine for two of his, but I still had to give up a car for it. Bye bye duster, hello rough 360 dart sport

I would laugh but I have been in the same boat. Especially when I worked third shift.

Sweet. I’ve been doing a lot of research in my free time on units of Korea and Vietnam. My grandfather was in Korea in 53. With the 75th RR. He wasn’t a tabbed Ranger, just a Combat Engineer assigned to them.

Well it is, BUT if you have a family member interred there, you get a pass to let you DRIVE onto the grounds. Otherwise you have park outside and walk or wait for shuttle buses with the rest of the masses.
