Hey for TMMike and I every day is a holiday....almost every day!!
 
Me pick ME!! I will be there....In my VW! Wife will probably make me take the truck again, "safer" 2 grand more for fuel!

Good afternoon gang. Coffee in hand surfing FABO!
 
So, we are not moving. The numbers would not work out. Soooo. Going to build a couple small Casitas on our two acres. Like small apts. Hopefully I get permits for this. It is zones 1 house per acre BUT my neighbor has done just like I am considering. Need more housing! Too SMALL!!!

Actually have them built, just not habitable yet. Just small things like pluming, electricity, you know small things! :lol:
