88* and 70% humidity after getting 2.5” of rain last evening. Too steamy outside to do anything but at least the garage is staying around 80*. Just about finished my first beer. :D

I am with BD! Of course we will have to grease Dd ears to get his head thru the door now that he is a world famous top exec! On serious note Quite the accomplishment Dave. You will likely earn every penny, they don't give those kind of jobs away.

I won't steal his thunder but he was lured away from his present employer after an extended dance. The other Company sought him out for his expertise and experience in the field. Then they just straight up got their check book out! He can fill you in but suffice to say drinks are on him!

I hope they have a whole messa go karts at the track. The guy that's running the show was just getting started with winged karts when I was still doing that stuff.

He's a local business man and has taken it upon himself to give the kids something to do in the hot rod world. Leased the track at his own expense. He still drives his hot rod on race nights, but renting the track at ???$$$$ is kinda spendy for just one guy. About all he is charging for the racers is insurance $ for K&K. I should track him down and see if he needs some help.

That looks like fun and give the guy an atta boy for me. Don't find to many people like that anymore.

Don’t be impressed. I have been an SVP for several years now and my last title was Chief Technical Officer. I’m just another Mopar guy who happens to have 30+ years of pharmaceutical experience and gets paid the going rate for my knowledge and expertise. I started my career creating and owning a custom auto Upholstery shop for 6 years before I decided to pursue a career in science and technology.

It doesn’t make me anything special, it just pays well.
