Correct Starter for my 1969 Slant 6 Automatic car.
Is this a compatible starter for my 1969 slant 6 Barracuda automatic transmission.
I read the Ebay write up for fit. I'm jusrt checking here with my Mopar Pals.
Also will it need shims?

My starter makes a alittle grinding when the plunger/armature retracts back into the starter housing.

may not even need shims. Get it. great upgrade from old 15 lb starter.

That was my thought. How do you know if you need shims???

install it. Shims are for Chevies.....probably just drop right in.
