Picked up a few shop/office supplies, dropped in to see a good friend on the way home. That’s another story.

Here is the pix Jodi took! We had a blast. Once again FABO folks turn out to be just plain great people to hang out with! After that we hit the Train museum. I have a picture of a Fargo truck.

Well time to put us back on the first page.
Been on the go all morning, dentist, doctor, and gym. Need to do the Monday chores and relax a little.
Decided its time to take some time off. I broke a toe (2nd toe right foot) last summer. With all the tennis drill I do weekly, it just hasn't totally healed.
There's nothing to do except give it time.
So EFX for a few weeks, its a lot less stress on the foot.

What does Cheryl think of tennis? Being a golfer? Toe and foot injuries really are painful...As you know..

Oh she plays tennis three times a week. My problem is I have a very high pain tolerance. It doesn't hurt as much as it swells up and foot gets stiff for the rest of the day. I just enjoyed playing too much. I've decided with warmer weather and a trip to Hawaii in a few weeks its time to give it a break.

So this Penguin is driving his car, and all of a sudden it stops moving. He looks across the street and sees a Transmission shop. He just coasts in, and tells the mechanic what happened. " Give me a few minutes and I can give you a diagnosis". Great. So the Penguin is waiting and sees an ice cream shop next door, and decides to get a cone. It is tough for penguins to eat ice cream and he makes a mess of it. Well, in about 30 minutes the penguin comes back to shop, with some vanilla on his shirt, where he is told, " Looks like you blew a seal". The penguin promptly reply's, "No, it is just ice cream.!!!:lol:

We are going to Hawaii ourselves this year. Flying there, then cruising all the islands. Should be fun... Getting in a round of golf at the Royal Hawaiian golf club.
I will just be back from Carlisle and will be flying out in a couple days...

We're meeting the daughter and family. They are stationed in Japan, lots of snow (220 inches last winter) and need some sunshine. They've never been, we've been several times. They'll enjoy the sights, and we'll enjoy the grand kids.

Cleaned up the english wheel i made, gave it a coat of paint. Used my wheel paint as it seems durable. Will see. Foot really sore, maybe i should give it a break. Yup.

Wife is researching MITP,but says next year is more realistic.
 
Put a caliper and two rear Em Brk cables on this 2011 Caddy DTS, today....Should pas Md Inspection now.....
 
Have a customer with a 94 Chevy C1500 Southern Comfort Model. Wants me to make the Exhaust louder, and install some chrome on the engine. Just valve covers and air cleaner....Ya....Ya.... I know...Chrome don't get ya Home.....Parts all came here today......

I hate to throw beer out but I have some Ale that I just don't like. It was spiced with Mulling spices like they use in cider but this stuff had star anise in it which tastes like black licorice. I am thinking about pouring it out.
 
Good thing, I made some grape juice wine that turned out good. I need to transfer it to a clean bottle because when I tip it up for a sip it stirs the yeast up. LOL

When I was in Viet Nam, this last time in Nov. Visited a guys place, and he served some kinda " French " licorice drink......:wtf::wtf: It was AWFUL....

The one I drank, was some kinda reg drink, non alcohol. , that tastes like licorice, Believe me, it was very nasty, but i prevailed and drank it, just to be cordial...
