All you have to do is have solar, enough to run everything, then run a small gen. to power the solar panels. Off Grid!! In the daytime at least!! You can run all on a very small gen set. My 2k Honda barely runs doing this...
 
Bull Work today. I have a Very Rusty 2000 Escalade 4x4 , needs lower ball joints......:eek::eek::BangHead::BangHead:

Been looking heavily into it.
 
07 f150 just rolled in. Running like crap. Just had new intake installed. Looks like im doing it again. Engine bay is slimy. Not just dirty, it has a coating of everything. I should have turned it away. I will show him the difference in workmanship.

i want this guy to be impressed, hes pretty well off, and has been buying all kinds of project cars as his kid’s inheritances. Has been hiring local monkeys to do work for him.

I was in the garage a while this morning. Going through my sale stuff. Re-boxed a bunch and put away.
 
Manifold is out. Warped 1/8”. The worst 2 studs to break, broke.
Third one will be easy, will rattle it with air hammer. Must go buy a couple new drill bits i think. Maybe make a centering jig. Will have to think about this one. Being in a van there is no wheel tub to remove for access.

Nice! But you guys have more sun than we do. I keep getting quoted around 50-60 panels depending on kw output

Are you using that stand alone or in conjunction with the grid?

Dam stud spun down in the hole,now i cant see it at all. Doesent help that its behind shock tower.

See for me it’s one or the other not both. They want 25k for The house to be grid tied in, or for 30k I can go full SOLAR with battery and propane generator back up

30 grand for what? how many panels, how much back up, how big a gen?

So my Duster made it on our local Friday night lights web page... He snapped pictures of it and my buddies Superbird but not of my Challenger sitting next to the Duster...
