We went through that in June, wife called Shaw (Rogers) to inquire about a problem with tv. Had been an ongoing issue for the last 3 years or more, every time it would rain heavy we'd lose the signal, etc. We got switched to a new package, $50 bucks a month more, and less to choose from. She wanted to be switched back, was told that was impossible, got transferred 5 times, the last a hole refused to let her speak to a supervisor or manager, and got really ignorant. We switched to Telus 3 days later, got Netflix included with the package, $100.00 a month less and more channels plus several free movie channels. Also 2 free PVRs.
My wife read an article/comment on the Rogers website saying you don't have to change over to the Ignite package you can just refuse. Thinking of contacting CRTC and see what they say. Have to remember they need us we don't need them and can move on. Considered a tower but that is only 25 or so stations and not the ones we watch but it is free. My friend did that and just gets movies for free from the library.

Been quiet here all day so will take the advantage of being last.:)
Still waiting for my new car seats it's been 7 weeks since I ordered them and not happy about it but what can I do.

They haven't shipped it yet still making the seats last I herd.
They said they would let me know when they ship them.
I guess with the virus it has slowed things down till the people come back to work and you're probably not the only customer. Frustrating though. Is there anything else holding you back from finishing it Fred

Nope working on the hood it's the last thing to paint besides the rest of the interior and putting on the flat black on the hood and tail stripe.
Getting close but not gonna rush it. I figured next year for new wheels and tires.
