Anybody have a V8 in a Conquest? Will headers fit? What do use for motor mounts?

Of that I’m aware of but member @UOP who somewhat moved on from here, seen seldom, did something like this. It was a 5.9 in a small ride like that.

The one’s you make? Yes! Off the shelf, ahhhh, No.

Total custom job. You fit it, weld it.

I figured it was all custom.I have a new 250 go 318 and Dougs headers

Mopar action had some articles on a 340 conquest back in mid 2000s

There was a father & son team I met in Florida in 2004 that had put a 340/904 & 8 3/4 in a Conquest. I'll see if I can dig up their information.

Never seen it done personally however this is a great idea and will surely mean firing up the fab skills...... Can't think of the last time I saw one on the road.....

last i remember seeing one was 1988 the guy that owned it had all kinds of problems with it.
