Did not expect that one. That was the Lost distributor!
A little snow, wind is howling though.
Will try to get all my sheet metal snugged up today.
Difficult to figure out how cab should sit.
Then i have to pull pedals out and install the floor seals.
Mostly to keep rodents out.only thing i have to figure out is a boot for the e- brake.

Still some leaks to deal with, all my wiring to to. Take front brakes apart and see how shoes fit drums. Basically im going to lap them in. Tried it on the back, works slick.
I have sticky back 80 grit sandpaper, stick it in drum and
Lap shoe to drum. It never occurred to me before, but all shoes need to be checked for proper fit to drums. i passed on a shoe arcing machine las summer,never realized it would be handy..

We used to use one of those. Nobody realizes what they actually do. That was part of a brake change in the day.
Any one ever use a heated vest/jacket thinking of getting the daughter one since she works outside all year. Something like this.

A few people around here use them. My parts guy sells milwaukee jackets, uses standard battery.
Just started looking at them. Prob a good gift for her. She is hard to buy for, makes way to much money so not to many wants.

I really dont think i need a distributor machine.
Would be cool though. And being able to ovehaul these old flathead distributors as well as converting slant 6 to run electronic on the flatheads. Small demand, but maybe gaining in popularity?

Petronix is the way to go with them. Unless you do it alot or have "that" garage you dont need one.

Good Morning All! Flu shot arm a little sore this morning, probably mostly due to overhead scraping on the frame lol!
Dog was in bed. She was working her way up between us. Got about 6inches from my face when I see her neck 'pulse'. Couple seconds later - again with more movement. Oh crap, I'm awake now...Out! Got her to the floor just in time to spit up. We had ribs last night and she had a couple bones. Of course she gobbles them down and doesn't chew them up good...
Got mine over a month ago. Don't remember it being too sore this year. Maybe just a little. Some years it feels like I got punched in the arm the next morning.
No Steelers game today. Too many sick crows...
Sitting here thinking how cool it would be to activate both cameras on phone. There’s an app but my phone is too dumb. googled it anyway, and wifie downloaded it and tried it on her 11. Pretty cool.
