Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yeah I'm pretty used to the close vehicles. Have you ever crossed a street in Asia? You just step on the street and start walking, looking into the traffic. They just steer around ya. Takes a little getting used to. Food was great. Those roadside places have better food than some large restaurants....

Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Thailand for the Far East but I don't think I did it the way you mention, probably looked more like Frogger lol!

It's T/A Tuesday!

Good morning :D

Also crossed the street in Mainland China and Korea. They had a lot of street food places in Pusan but I only ate the fried stuff, had got the Pharos revenge in Egypt, never wanted to get that again!

Well have a Great Day All! Hoppy have fun with that rock, don't hurt yourself though, pretty heavy stuff to work with.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

NewSometime this year, we taxpayers will again receive another 'Economic Stimulus' payment.
This is indeed a very exciting program, and I'll explain it by using a Q & A format:

Q. What is an 'Economic Stimulus' payment?
A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers

Q.Where will the government get this money?
A. From taxpayers

Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
A. Only a smidgen of it

Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
A. The plan is for you to use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy

Q. But isn't that stimulating the economy of China?
A. Shut up

Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the U.S. Economy by spending your stimulus check wisely:

* If you spend the stimulus money at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China or Sri Lanka

* If you purchase a computer, it will go to India, Taiwan or China

* If you purchase fruit and vegetables, it will go to Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala

* If you buy an efficient car, it will go to Japan or Korea

* If you purchase useless stuff, it will go to Taiwan

* If you pay your credit cards off, or buy stock, it will go to management bonuses and they will hide it offshore

Instead, keep the money in America by:

1) Spending it at yard sales, or

2) Going to ball games, or

3) Spending it on prostitutes, or

4) Beer or

5) Tattoos

(These are the only American businesses still operating in the U.S.

Conclusion:

Go to a ball game with a tattooed prostitute that you met at a yard sale and drink beer all day!

No need to thank me, I'm just glad I could be of help.

Tell you what the daughter came by yesterday she wanted to put some around for me. You can tell she drives heavy equipment looks smooth.

Moved the chevy out of the shop yesterday, was nice to be able to drive it, and stop when needed.
Thats going to make working on it more convenient. wipers came in for Fargo, so a little work this weekend and its off to get a safety inspection.

Oh crap threw a offer on more of those ECU'S a guy has, holy crap he took it! 60 of them! Amazing what happens when you just ask.

1978 I was an apprentice equipment operator/mechanic. That year Local 12 got it's first ever female apprentice and she was in our district and classes. She came to the training site as everyone else did to get some time on the tractors. Being a mechanic I only got to play on tractors when we didn't have stuff to repair. She tried a scraper, broke that. Tried a backhoe, broke that. Skip and drag, you guessed it, broke that too. I had just finished up a skid steer loader, the little all wheel drive rubber tire variety that steer like a dozer. "Can you show me how to operate that?" she asks me. I helped her do a pre-trip inspection on it, I got on did some grading, dug a hole, back-filled it. Then I proceeded to ride wheelies across the yard in it. Gave her the machine and turned her loose. She did well for a first timer and she didn't break it. Next visit to the training site, no female apprentice :wtf:. I asked the coordinator about her "She decided it was too dirty, noisy, scary, etc."

My daughter love what she does, actually fell into a great job. The company liked here when she was doing flagger force in all sorts of weather. Good for her, she makes stupid money and is only 25!

Wow I can tell guys are washing the dust off the cars, holy crap I will be busy next week. That guy with the 56 Newport Hemi I did must have got my cards out, lots of old stuff next week. Glad I have most of the leads needed that is the hard part with them.

I worked with a couple of real good lady operators. Better than a good share of the men I worked with .
She is good from what I hear. Kind of funny she is 4' 11" and they put blocks on the pedals for her and a *** cushion also! I think it is funny as hell.
