WooHoo! I have a cast one and a forged one I dug out. Both are currently .010 and both have some decent surface rust. Might take .030 to bring them back. Good news!
If you offset turn it you can get about 15 thousands stroke on the crank.
 
Perfect. Mopar did good for decades with forged cranks. They are tough stuff! Makes the machine shops cuss to turn one. LOL
yeah and $$$ 375 for mine in my 440. Old Guy doing it hadn’t done a Mopar forging in years and forgot how much of a pita they are.

Around here they try to swap them..for cast

Because they want to sell the forged to someone else.....Think we are all stupid.....
Some times I really hate this world. Well, at least a lot of the people in it. The a holes out number the good guys.

I think eventually I’ll pay to have these done professionally by Phoneix Graphic. She does amazing work. And as such, the price albeit worth it, is currently not in the budget. Not until the car is at least out of paint and then I can revisit this if I so choose.
Have a set of valve covers in line with Leanna right now.

The Ferry crosses this river, all day and all night because the closest bridge is about 20 km north of here. I've ridden it a few times myself.
