Well, we confirmed that myself and my one brother definitely missed our callings as litigators.

the opposing attorney was definitely overwhelmed and honestly you could tell he had been fed a crap ton of lies and was getting

Basically the judge ordered us to a back room right off the back to try and reach an agreement between us and the squatters. After about 3.5 hours of negotiations mostly ran by my brother And I, along with our lawyer who basically let us do the negotiations since it was going well, only providing the legal precedent as needed, managed to get a deal in place. We had to concede and give them a bunch of petty crap but ultimately we won. They’ll be out soon and if they aren’t, sheriff gets to arrest them and their kids

It wasn’t a clean victory but a victory nevertheless. I can’t get into it in details here, however, what I witnessed yesterday was the highest level of entitlement and greed and down right immoral behavior that I have ever witnessed. The level of stupidity was mind bongling.

That is a little disturbing when the thought never entered your mind before. I occasionally found the feetprints around the rock farm, but I kept my mouth shut and my eyes open.
 
Morning! Going to be a nice day! But i have a Hemi to replace. Owner said dont start it, as they want to fix it once its out. Its not a dropped valve,as i started it and drove it in. It’s a parts want out sort of noise..i wouldnt waste one minute on that.
 
We get the occasional cat in this area, coyotes are 1000 feet away in my back field.bears everywhere.
Saw a pine martin cross my driveway last week. No squirrels around here at all. Usually lots of them.
And now its smelly cat season,dont know why so many get squished on the highway this time of year.
 
LLOLL we left Brazil after training them all of us Had IV's in I mean the whole aircrew also, and the lox was gone in a hour. We did not know to go home or the Betty Ford Clinic! Good times.
