Regardless of worth, the 67 castings, which those are, were the worst flowing of all three years produced. The 69 was the best. That said, if you need um, you need um.

I have a Set laying around here....in Germany.
And they are cracked. But hey....for a quarter of the Price up there.....:)

lol, no idea, who ??

this guy

BEWARE BigBoy 68 | For A Bodies Only Mopar Forum

in short, hes got a bad reputation for not being an outstanding buyer and one of his hustles would be to "buy" a part on here with credit (usually a story about limited income and paying for it next month)
and then listing it somewheres else for a profit
if he could sell it, the original seller would get paid, but if he couldnt sell it he would back out of the deal

now, in the interest of full disclosure, he claims to have changed his ways but we both know a reputation doesnt die off quickly

As I understand it, $3600 is not out of line for 69 440 a-body manifolds. It's way out of line for the much more common 383 manifolds. I don't know enough about either to determine which those are. I suspect 383. If they were 440s the add should have made that clear .

Let's find an opportunity to trash someone, anyone so we can get a ton of "agrees" and "likes" regardless of the original post..

Is this the same fellow that can't pay much and then has to make payments because of his situation?

thats the one

who me?

i just thought it was funny how Bob mentioned that, because that is exactly how bigboy used to operate

and i will also point out that i made it clear he claims to have mended his ways...but if that is true or not remains to be seen

know what really cracks me up?
that you would point out my, shall we say, faux pass, while in the same post displaying your signature which seems to be in agreement with my post

I guess if you don’t like the price then don’t purchase. Those manifolds are getting harder and harder to find. I think the asking price is a little on the high side. The shipping on the other hand is way too high.

As far as the 67 manifolds I had a driver side flow tested against a B@C manifold. There was no significant difference. I’d be interested in knowing what the comparison is between the 67 and 69 manifolds. I exclude the 68 in that the majority of bigblock A bodies in 68 had 67 manifolds.

Lmao, maybe you need to get your eyes adjusted. I didn't agree with you. You sadly crack yourself up.

let me try to type a little slower

i know you didnt agree with me, BUT when you call me out on it, your signature reads "Promises Mean Everything, But After They Are Broken, Sorry Means Nothing "

now, perhaps you dont see the irony in that, but to me, that is hilarious because that is exactly how he earned the reputation he is now enjoying

If ya gotta have em' pay the price! One thing about sales, there's someone out there that will pay the price.

....and you're here to bring up something about someone that has nothing to do with the post at all just because you enjoy attempting to make others the butt of your jokes and ridicule. It really defines you...carry on.

Been there, My dad shelled out $1200 for a 1966 Coronet 500 trunk finish panel. One year and one model only part made of pot metal so most of them are pocked to death. This one was pretty nice. Worth it after trying to restore 3 other ones that were pretty bad.

Well the auction DOES SAY "or best offer" so I guess you could send him "a more reasonable" offer
