So, mysterious coolant leak was a nicked coolant hose. That no one could find. Guy has been pouring coolant in it for 2 years. 15 psi on my rad tester and it was pissing coolant. They didnt try too hard.
05 impala signals dont work in cold weather. Flaser/signal relay is faulty. Just put it in freezer to prove my theory.

That coolant leak sounds like a lot of guys on here with overheating problems. Test the cap and it won't hold pressure. but they won't test or diagnose. Just throw parts at it and it still overheats! LMAO
