Well I dragged out the correct V8 K frame for my 65 Belvedere. Was a /6 car. Guy I got the car from put a 69 Charger 440 and same K frame in it. Sets the engine back too far. Rear cross member issues. Also, car was 3 on the tree, but guy put a 727 in it. Now I have an undamaged cross member, and the cross bar and linkage, and a nice A833 4 spd for it. So the fun begins. First to get most of the grease off the 65 V8 K frame.

Well wind shut us down again today so did gun bunny stuff instead. I needed a bit of refinement on a set of custom molded grips so made a form and poured the epoxy to it, then once it set a bit I stuck my paw in it. Once it drys I will sand it down. Sipping a toddy listening to Steve Earle and the Dukes waiting on it to set. Not to be confused with the Amboy Dukes, totally different! Hah!

Full moon was last night. Tonight is first phase of waning... pretty darn close though. Supposed to be a meteor shower to the north but I'm thinking the moon will be too bright to see any meteors.
Tough to see them here normally with lights around here. I was able to see a few on the last big meteor shower .
