Whats funny you can sell those vintage batteries on flea bay. Guys collect them. I do that when I have a bag full just ask 20 and once there was a bidding war got up to 50? WTF?

Yesterday it was so cold out that we let a man stay in our RV for the night, out of the kindness of my heart. I felt so sorry for him. Poor thing was trembling out in the cold, but this morning he had just vanished. Not a word...not even a goodbye or a thank you for sheltering him!!
The last straw?!?! When I realized he had peed all over the RV floor!!! That's the thank you I get for being good to people?!?!?!
Now I'm going to warn my friends to watch out for this man! He is heavy set, wearing nothing but a scarf, he has a nose that looks like a carrot, two black eyes, and his arms are so skinny they look like sticks!!! Don't bring him into your RV!! What a huge mess he made on the floor.

Today’s project done. Took both doors off and replaced bottom seals. Also secured and siliconed part of the sill that was allowing water to get by at the ends.
My wife never had a problem with gifts like that. But if going the ‘practical’ route, I try to get something better/ nicer than she would have bought.

You know with a small shop truck, and you could make a good income as a handy man.
My buddy did that $35 an hour cash plus parts.
He told his Mom to pass the word at her bridge club games and he stayed as busy as he wanted.

The floor in there is shot. Not sure if this added to it, but was already damage there from years ago. I installed those doors when I added the deck. Used to be a double window there. We had a big air conditioner in the window and it had dripped condensate water down there for a long time. Will eventually do laminate floor in there. The kitchen dining area is moving up on the list, but bathrooms are next. Need to get the downstairs shower useable, so we can use that while I replace almost everything in the upstairs one.Nice.

I do some side jobs. Usually $25/hr. But just people I know. That lets me do the work just about any time. Often when they are not home. Considered doing it full time, but it's a rat race. The actual work ain't bad, but scheduling and estimates can really eat up a lot of time that you can't bill for. I'd need more like 45+/hr to make it work as a full time.
Just get a lift. They'll have to come to you for easy jobs, like brakes, oil change, axels, bearings etc. @ $80 per hour, like someone you know...

I get 65 an hour......but I am in California...
