LMAO exchange of Xmas presents nothing wrong with that.My boss, well former boss just called and said he has Covid and I was just with him 2 days ago. SOOOO back to isolation for a bit.
HUM? might go visit my neighbor that pushed snow in my yard if I start feeling sick and give him a big hug and tell him I forgive you.
I wouldn't do that but I considered it. lolLMAO exchange of Xmas presents nothing wrong with that.
Sent a front spoiler to Saskatchewan to a guy on FABO and took 2 weeks to get there and 51 bucks to ship it. In the States it's 15 bucks.LMAO exchange of Xmas presents nothing wrong with that.
Sorry Fred but it will stop one of these daysMorning guys got a bit of snow last night weather man said more for today.
So Biff, it depends if the new job has benefits or a pension. Any history of working with the new guy? Might want to talk to one of the guys working there. You might be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Sometimes you're better off to stick it out and bide your time there. Is the new guy offering you more money? If he is would your old boss match it to keep you? All kinds of questions before jumping.Good morning and happy Friday , got a serious question for a Friday morning, I’ve been thinking about moving jobs to another shop just not sure if I should pull the trigger, both have pros and cons just a little up in the air right now , have a few more years to retire to switch or not to switch , stay with the devil you know or move ??
Ok its same money , I have worked with him and the other mechanic , the shop is kept way nicer and he buys shop equipment , it's a 10 minute drive I currantly walk to work , my wife says no . She has been at her job for 28 years I change every 8/10 & its coming up on 10 ?So Biff, it depends if the new job has benefits or a pension. Any history of working with the new guy? Is it an hourly or a flat rate shop? I would never work flat rate again as your always fighting the clock.
Talk it over with your wife and see what she says. Good luck.
Nor did they have too. I’m realizing that working flat rate has just about everything to do with what is wrong with me physically AND mentally.I too will never work flat rate again although when your standing around no body can say why aren't you working .
Well the wife is part of you so listen to her but your choice my friend.Ok its same money , I have worked with him and the other mechanic , the shop is kept way nicer and he buys shop equipment , it's a 10 minute drive I currantly walk to work , my wife says no . Never seen anything wrong with you but I do agree flat rate sucks.Nor did they have too. I’m realizing that working flat rate has just about everything to do with what is wrong with me physically AND mentally.

Please do not adjust your set the problem is ours, will be back momentarily, and then the test patternPhase 1 of getting even with the neighbor will be in effect in the morning. Stay tuned for further updates
I’m a grass isn’t always greener on the other side kind of guy, but that is just me.It does have its perks.I have worked at the same dealership since I was 19 years old.Worked my way up as a senior tech.I have 4 weeks paid holidays. In my opinion, if u are unhappy on a daily basis where you are,it might be time for a move.As long as the new shop is busy, pay is fair and the there are no big egos to deal with I say give it a shot.Another thing to consider is the type of work they bring in. Large fleet trucks, cube vans and motor homes are a huge negative for me.RJOk its same money , I have worked with him and the other mechanic , the shop is kept way nicer and he buys shop equipment , it's a 10 minute drive I currantly walk to work , my wife says no .
