The gray stuff looks like oysters. I would eat a big slice of that WAY before I would ever eat another crawdad, crayfish, mudbug, whatever you want to call them. I ate one once and it was the worst thing I have ever had in my mouth!
I love a good crawdad. The thing is what NOT to eat. You eat um like lobster. You don't suck the heads out like a dumbass. lol
....and I love oysters. But not in that up there^^^^^^^

I remember seeing these at church potlucks back when I was a kid. Talk about the poster child for disgusting food, right next to tomato aspic. I'd prefer to starve first...
