Ok the top tool is a brake spoon for Lucas Girling brakes used on 80s thru 99 Fords medium truck brakes F600 thru F800.
The 2nd tool is a spicer clutch adjuster tool, Toolmanmike you would have sold both of them on your tool truck.

Sorta.
It's called a determinator. It allows you to figure out what pins are in a lock cylinder without taking it apart.
I'll use this, figure out the cut depths, make a key and if I did it right, voilà, working key!
