N37 is Catalytic Converter
U is Build to US Spec
A1X9 is Split Bench, X9 is Black
C02 is Build Date, Mar 02

I don't know the other code right now, I need to look at a Broadcast sheet.
Do you have your broadcast sheet?
I have a late build Dart Lite.

So if they only built duster light in 76 the build date is
