CHRYSLERS AT CARLISLE 2025

-
I will agree that Carlisle is hands down the best Mopar event but I really do miss the good ole days at E-town. It was a 2 hour drive for me. In the 90's, the place was packed. The swap meet was actually pretty decent. Man, I remember when Mitchell's was a vendor there. Jack's Auto Parts. Year One used to be there too. I met Bill Maverick Golden and Bob Riggle there. Those were good times......

Ha had one of my favorite there
The turbine car ....
I think Jay Leno has one of the only ones left that runs

I am going to the mopar Carlislie in July to buy a body gasket kit & other parts for my 67 barracuda. Does anyone know who will be down there this year to buy such things ?
Here is the event guide (Hopefully the link comes through). The vendor list starts on page 20 and goes to page 29 with included table sellers.

An event that should be moved to late Sept in my opinion. Too hot in July.
Yes I stopped going almost 20 years ago and I live 1 hour away. Its either stifling hot or threatening thunderstorms and Pa has had more than its share of rain this year ...all I can say is the wife doesn't have in in her to trapse around all day in that heat not sure i do either any more...my car is near completion and with the recent internet availability of parts I don't need to go there parts hunting like 30 years ago. Another thing is even back then the guys there were selling junk that was in worse shape than what i already had on my car...these days I stick close to home in my garage with my car its all the car show I need...

Going to miss it this year... couldn't find a dog sitter :BangHead:

Hey nows I have an 86 Mustang GT vert that I also enjoy very much...
It was very cool
The train engine was impressive.think 4 6 6 4..ill post pics when I get back but you can only see out a 1ft ×2ft window would think maybe 1/4 mile down the track anything closer you would never know you hit
