animal testicles are eaten globally, most famously as "Rocky Mountain Oysters" (bulls), but also from lambs, pigs, turkeys, goats, deer, bison, and even birds like ducks and ostriches, prepared fried, grilled, or roasted, often under euphemistic names as a delicacy or traditional food. These are typically from young castrated males, a byproduct of meat production, offering a mild taste similar to calamari or chicken when cooked.

My favorite BBQ joint, McClintocks, just up the beach a ways from home had on their appetizer menu "Turkey Nutz" . I never did ask what they were made with . Always the first thing I told the server when we were seated at the table "Turkey Nutz please." Some sort of tender boneless meat, battered and fried. Add to that their house made salsa/pico de gallo, DELICIOUS. McClintocks always had the hottest servers on the coast , probably mostly Cal Poly coeds. The bus boys had a special skill, the ice water for the customers on the tables, when they ran low and needed refilling, bus boy raises the water pitcher as high as he can reach and refills the glass . First time it's a bit shocking , but they never missed. I had to drive past the saloon everyday to and from work. They had a huge Pine Tree at the edge of their parking lot 100+ feet tall. One afternoon I drive by limbs are cut off Few weeks later it was trimmed even more and de-barked. shortly after that this appeared

That's what was left of the pine tree the roots still hold it up.

Well, interesting night. 2:00 the street cleaning crew rolls through. Graders, loaders, loaders with snowblowers and semi trucks to haul the snow away.
Years ago the airport had to change a flightpath, snowdump mountain got too high.
Couple more hours, coffee and brekkie. I want to hit the road home. Cant sleep in this flat bed. Wouldnt think an adjustable bed would make that much difference. It does.

Found some macaroni twisty noodles at the grocery store last week. So I cooked them up with a couple of burgers and some marinara sauce and some onion and some Vietnamese hot peppers. Got enough to eat four times.

Yeah, you know how it is. Get tired of eating Vietnamese cuisine all the time. I got to do something. So I get creative. I was really happy that she fried some oysters for me the other day. That was over the top

So place is cleared out Matt took like ten minutes and it was done. Nice to have a friend with snow removal equipment. Just have to do some small stuff with the tractor today and ship out a ton of parts. Hopefully the heater will not be diesel jelled up!
