I read some older threads on new thermostats and hose replacement. Ran into the issue of the use of an internal spring reinforcement.
I remember seeing hoses in the past that had a sling in them.
Anyway is the general consensus to still use a spring as a headge against hose collapse?
I see where CJ pony parts and one of the large classic car parts companies has them available.
What say you on this controversial subject.
