    Derale 16797 is a PWM variable speed fan controller. My 1st one was DOA. they sent me another one. This 2nd one lasted just over a year, maybe ran 20 times and it just failed. No help from Derale. Who else makes a variable speed fan controller with similar features as the Derale 16797
