    have coys wheels. size is 17x7 4 1/2" back spacing 5x4' bolt spacing. hankook 225/50/17 tires. tire od is same size as orig so you don't have to chg speedo gears. no clearance problems at all. really look tough.

    thanks guys, for the info. my car is an orig. air car. i think it still has the orig htr core, but won't bet on it. anyway, the 1/2" hose connects to the intake and 5/8" to the water pump.incidentally, the 1/2" core nipple is on the pass. side i will flush core tomorrow from 5/8" hose first...

    no replies talk about hose diameters. my s/b 340 has 1/2" and 5/8' hoses for heater core. i would like to know : what dia is feed and what dia is return? i want to backflush heater core. i can't get heat. have no shutoff valve at present. this would help all us newer mopar guys. thanks.

    been scratching my head on this for a long time, but now i seem to have it figured out. 340/727. have someone push accelerator all way to floor and hold there. open carb all way. push kd linkage all way back and hold. adjust or screw kd cable so inside of slot just touches carb throttle arm...

    fuel drainback

    thanks for quick response. i am running a mech fuel pump, elec ign., and elec choke is hooked up. i have a one way chk valve that i was going to put in fuel line after filter. i thought if the fuel was siphoning back to tank this would stop it.

    have 340 sb.with carter afb 625 cfm carb (comp series). problem is: after car sits for 4-5 days, when i try to start it, i have to crank & crank to get fuel back to carb. any ideas? this is my first mopar. a friend says they all do it. i can't believe that. thanks. jerry

    have 340 small block. i have man brakes now, so booster will be no problem for me. you may have to offset your booster if you elect to use one. remember, you need around 19# vacumn to use booster. if you go to p.s., ck out your headers for clearance around p.s. gearbox. good luck.

    in regard to" steer & gear" co., i am real happy with my new p.s. box. only have driven about 50 mi since install, but have good road feel, not like orig. recommend them highly. sorry i could not respond sooner. jerry

    I need help w/ small pattern wheels

    i bought coy's c-5 wheels. 17x7-5x4" 4 1/2" back spacing. 225/50/17 tires. od same as 215/70/14. 2" wider. tires do not hit anywhere. don't have pic, but sure brought car to life. do yourself a favor, buy a set .you won't regret it

    p.strg. gearbox need bleeding?

    finished installing new" steer and gear" gearbox . bled gear as suggested. worked great. also, box works great. highly recommend them. thanks again. jerry
