Hello everybody, I just recently did a rebuild on the motor and I put everything together and all runs smooth. The auto trans shifts through the gears just fine when in drive, and works well in all other gears. It jus has a problem when you are going to about 45 and step on it to kick down it...

Do you know if I unhook the map sensor and disconnect the battery will the computer set to default? I have not found out the C/R of the motor, and its a stock tranny from the d100. Thanks for the help

No i dont think its a multi point injected. Its the first couple years that dodge put the throttle body on the 318. Its a 1988 dodge d100 non mag. Do think a good throttle body cleaning could cure it...i dont think it has been done in a while

holds oil pressure 25lbs at idle and 50+ on the throttle you guys are awesome!!!!!!!!!! Rotellia 15W-40 was magic and easy fix

I jus upgraded to an aftermarket 10$ gauge from advanced auto parts still reading below 10lbs after sitting a while/ 10W-30 Valvoline conventional..is that thick? Its a regular volume replacement.

Everything was recently replaced new cam/main/rod bearings. all holes were lined up and everything was put back to standard build.

Sounds like a spark problem for some reason when messing with mopars, its always like the distrib is off 180. try it and let us know what you get

The oil pressure drops at idle in gear...for example i was sitting at the stop sign for about 8 seconds it drops. I do not have a lighted gauge..but it looks as if the gauge is almost down to zero drives me nuts haha
