    Check to see if the pushrod is hitting the head where it goes through the head, sometimes the pushrod will grace the inside of the heads.

    With the length of the runners on the Track heat, it's almost the same as the RPM! I'm sure there's no lack of Torque.

    I always brake in solid flat tappet cams in Without the inner springs in, then install them later.

    If you can't pull a new lifter out of a fresh build, you should take the extra time to pull the intake, just in case.

    Pull the intake and valve covers and check the lifters for any wear. You don't want any unwanted metal going through that new motor.

    This type of pick up 3/8 off the bottom of the pan, never had an issue. Put your straw in your drink and hold it 1/8 off the bottom, then move it up to 3/8. big difference,
