Is it possible to convert a 1958 Dodge truck with a manual steering box to a rack and pinion? I am unsure how to change the direction of the steering shaft without the box. Thanks in advance for any input.

Update! Apparently the Cragars are 14's rather than 15's...Even Better! I got BF Goodrich Radial T/A 245/60 for the back and I am ordering 215/60 for the front. I have an old 185/70 (roughly the same sidewall height as 215/60) already on the cragar. I bolted it on and it looks good...

I got my driveshaft cut to fit (it was too long anyway) so that isn't an issue. All I did to the transmission mount was pull it down and put it back and it relieved any tension that it had.
