"NOT" Like a glove

Thanks.

Wiring runs from below on driver side and AC hoses are under the passenger side fender. Very simple to hide everything doing it like that.

I run a slightly modified system like this one (serpentine system vs pulley's) but the fan box, controls, evap coil and compressor are the same.

I used the stock under dash vent system for any A body and painted the padded dash surround to match my dash. Looks factory inside.

I know this kit is for a 70 + e body but the engines are similar and they may work as is. Also they can help you select the radiator while your at it.

It went really good the only issue I had was with k member and frame bolts to line up I found this out when I was playing around with it and just put it up there and I'm glad I did because my plan was to bolt the Motor trans headers to the k member and lower the car down on it and with that bolt line issue I think it would have been a ***** lining it all up! So I instal the altercation first and used a come along to pull k member 1/8" to line up it worked well! It took me 2 days to install including brake kit, instructions where not bad and give u a good idea. Watching there install video will help up get a idea but is not complete. Bill at RMS is cool and helpful feel free to ask any thing else I like the kit a lot so far dropping motor in today we will see

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it! I'm calling Bill in a couple weeks, so I'll be watching your this thread in the mean time. Sweet car! :)

just re-looked at your pics. see you still have the heater motor, must be over farther in the dart, or your using a 400 block-?----curious,my pass. side head covesr 1/3 of the heater motor hole-------bob
or your engine is setting lower than mine. the trans bolts were a ***** on mine too----bob

AC blower motor is smaller diameter. Due to the non-stock heads and six pack, use a modern compressor and pulleys to match. Custom hoses to match the factory air box and condensor. We reinstalled the stock AC with the big block pulley in my old 67 Barracuda that we put a 383 in, but the 383 came from an AC car and I just mixed and matched all the parts to make it fit.

Radiators are all in what you want. Aluminum is the easiest, all the way from the low-cost Summit house brand to expensive custom fit units. It's all in what you want to spend.

Thanks for the AC ideas you must have read my mind nice work with yours super clean and I did go with vintage Air thanks again

tried to drop motor in the car this week , This is what i learned 2" TTI headers will not work with MSD mini starter!!! not sure they will work at all im useing the RMS altercation and thought it was going to be a breez not so fast , make sure u shorten the housing all the way to the fire wall to gain space for rear header pipe or you will have only 1/4" to play with and im sure that will melt the column bushing next make sure u have the rite pan on your 440 or it will not clear the steering rack you will need part # moroso 20765 center pick up or mn-2082 witch is a deeper pan that holds 7 quarts and hangs about 1" below k member im going to take a chance with it make sure what ever pan you chose it is center sump inorder to clear every thing, hemi pan not good!! still not sure if the 2' headers are going to work you have less than 1/2" header to wheel well wont that bake or burn the paint right off the car???? hear are some pics THIS PROJECT IS KILLING ME PS TTI dose not make a 1 7/8 header for 440 a bodies and 1 3/4 is to small for 500hp mine will make at least that

WOW!!! just looked at some of your pics and i thought mine was a puzzle nice work i bet driving that makes you feel alive

That is coming together nicely! Are you using the Dynaforce starter? You should be able to clock it. As far as your torque converter! What are the specs on the motor? Cam, cubic inch, etc. It is coming together nice. As stated above, this really was depressing before the internet! It seemed like around every corner was a punch in the stomach. Hang in there it is all worth it. Shane

There is a "mini" mini starter available. Yes, 2 "mini's". It's smaller than that MSD distributor. I'll get a part number for you after work.

I am using the minni starter on my big block dart with tti headers that came off a 1993 360 dodge truck.its been on my car for over 3 years and I have not had any problems. Also I have not had any paint burning on the passenger inner fenders wear the header pipe is close to it. but I am running Indy ez heads.but like every ones else is saying your doing a great job on the car

the 440 is in and all issues have been fixed, the last one was the steering column was hitting the TTI 2" headers i had to move the column over 3/4" to the out side i did this by modifiying the column fire wall bracket where it bolts up to the fire wall and was able to use two of the OE holes and drill one new hole in order to bolt it in the place needed this was the best fix and it worked just fine bottom line with RMS altercation the 2" TTI headers would not clear the steering but we made it work the new starter seem to fit well and we will see how it works at start up and new oil pan works well and with extra deep it only hangs down one inch past k member and the extra oil is a good thing you can look back at post and get the part #s if you need them. next im working on pullys and brackets for alt, power steering pump and AC looking at a good v drive system i dont like the look of the surpintine that are out there for mopars to much metal going to try CVF system looks clean and stock for a billet deal i have come to the conclusion no matter what parts you use to do your 440 or hemi swap you will need to do slight mods in order for things to work well some more than others. i passed the info over to TTI all they could say was they should have FIT!!!! ok thanks
