???????????????I don't see it?
A similar situation happened to my brother a year or so back. His oldest daughter (about 5 at the time) and his niece were using a short broom handle as a pole vault and jumping over it, his younger nephew tried it but wasn't quite big enough to make it over, he came down on the end of the handle right in the scrotum region. My brother said you've never heard blood curdling screaming like that. My brother scooped him off the floor and him and the boy's parents ran for the bedroom, in desperation my brother laid his hands on the boy and started praying, a few seconds later the boy stopped crying, sat up and seeing his parents in tears asked what happened. They asked him if he was ok and he said he wanted to go play and kept asking what happened like he had no recollection of what happened. There's still power in prayer! When Jake was about 2.5 yrs old, he was "helping" me dig footers for the shed at the new house. The county made me do 8 holes measuring 18" wide and 30" deep. Jake was out there with me playing with his little plastic wheel barrow and shovel moving rocks around the side yard. Keeping my eye on him while mixing concrete, kept reminding him to stay away from the open holes. I had 2 left to fill and was working on one of them. Turned my head for 30 seconds and heard that horrifying "FAH-LOOP" sound. I drop the block that was in my hands and turned around to see Jake's right hand, left knee and hat sticking out of the top of the hole. He was only 28 inches tall in a 30 inch hole. I grabbed him by his shoulders and picked straight up out of the hole. He wrapped his arms around me, so I knew they still worked.... But his left leg was just dangling like a wet noodle from the hip down. I carried him in the house, sat him on the kitchen counter and he was screaming that his leg hurt and couldn't move it. My wife was gone for the weekend and all I could think about was how she was going to kill me when she got home. When I wrapped my arms around him to pick him up and take him to the hospital, I paused just long enough to lay my head on arm and said a quick prayer that went like this: " Lord please reach down with just one finger to lay a healing touch on Jacob. If you can't fix his leg Lord, Michelle is going to kill me when she gets home tomorrow." Halfway thru that moment of desperation, Jake stopped crying. I looked up and he said he wanted to get down. I put him on the floor and he ran circles around me asking for some juice. We went back out and finished the footers. I know his leg was messed up when I took him out of the hole. It didn't hang right and had no controlled movement.
Ha! Dad told us a story of a funeral home owner in PA. He was walking alone down a dark hallway and with every step there was a noise behind him, he sped up, the noise sped up. Walking briskly he got to the end of the hall, turned in a room, flipped the light on and spun around....nothing behind him! Looking down at his shoe he realized he'd stepped on a piece of tape and every time he stepped the tape stuck to the floor then pulled loose! LolHave you ever walked down a dark hallway and have the hair on the back of your neck raise , you just know somethings in there with you.

Doubt it was Rolf Pringle. I'm pretty sure whoever I was in the dream went down with the plane. And since the targets were bombers over Germany (I said it was vivid) I wasn't near the channel at the time. I was 4 years old when I had this dream and knew squat about any of this stuff back then. That's why it is weird to me.It would appear you dreamed yourself as Rolf Pingle being shot down over the channel. He lived through it
same as you.
